Primary Half Day Education Program

The Primary Half-Day Education Program offers Montessori education to three-year-old children, emphasizing foundational skills, social development, and a love for learning.

Primary Hybrid Education Program

The Primary Hybrid Education Program blends traditional and Montessori education, integrating Montessori principles with other methods to meet diverse learning needs.

Before-School Program

A Before-School Program in a Montessori setting provides early morning care and activities for children before the regular school day begins, offering a supportive and engaging environment to start the day positively.

After-School Program

The After-School Program extends the Montessori learning environment beyond regular school hours, providing additional activities, support, and enrichment opportunities for children in a relaxed and supervised setting.

EMBRACING SUSTAINABILITY

At Lovedale Montessori, we are wholeheartedly dedicated to embracing sustainability in every aspect of our school life. From the classrooms to the playground, we are on a mission to weave environmental education seamlessly into our programs. Our commitment extends beyond words to actions, as we strive to exemplify best management practices within our school premises.

Our overarching goal is to cultivate a culture of “green” in our day-to-day school activities, fostering a sense of responsibility towards our planet among our young learners. We aspire to establish wholesome, eco-friendly learning environments that not only benefit our children’s well-being but also instill a deep understanding of environmental stewardship.

Our green journey encompasses several key objectives:
  • Cultivating a culture of green in our everyday school life.
  • Engaging children in hands-on green learning exercises, such as composting and gardening.
  • Embedding green practices into our daily school operations.
  • Initiating measures to minimize waste, energy consumption, and water usage.
  • Implementing an efficient and manageable recycling program.
  • Incorporating water-saving practices and technologies, including a rain barrel for reusing collected rainwater.
  • Adopting energy-saving practices and, where feasible, installing energy-efficient devices.
  • Nurturing a green supply chain by using environmentally friendly materials and office supplies.
  • Collaborating with vendors committed to eco-friendly practices whenever possible.
  • Furthermore, we are dedicated to extending our commitment beyond the school gates through initiatives, such as our “No Waste Lunches” program.

    NO WASTE LUNCHES

Lovedale actively supports healthy eating habits and empowers students to play a crucial role in preserving our planet. Through our “No Waste Lunches” initiative, we encourage students to recycle, compost, and pack lunches that leave no environmental footprint.

Students are required to pack their lunches using reusable lunch boxes, durable food containers, cloth napkins, and reusable flatware. Most importantly, we promote the inclusion of nutritious choices to ensure both the well-being of our students and the sustainability of our planet.
